We are currently looking for a candidate to join our team and be part of the Adobe campaign which we successfully manage currently. This customer support role is a Software Asset Management campaign targeting current customers for Adobe surrounding their current software licenses within that business. These customers have a contract with Adobe and we are supporting, educating and keeping them compliant with their current contract and license requirements for their organisation.
The candidate will be required to educate and tailor each company to its own unique license requirements for Adobe software subscription products, overall making sure they are compliant with the current T's and C's of their contract.
